The highlight of the past month for the team of DEVA Broadcast was the latest edition of the annual IBC Show. With its excellent organization, massive scale, tremendous importance to the industry and large attendance, it is a strategic stop on the calendar of major events in the field. It is precisely for this reason that we chose to bring to the exhibition a superb new addition to our product line – the DB8009-MPX, and present it to the wide IBC audience. It is a model that we are especially proud of having developed, as it is much more than a dependable silence monitoring tool.
The device also offers a variety of advanced backup capabilities through the MPX inputs and outputs, as well as the traditional MP3 and IP Audio backup sources. It incorporates a fully DSP-based Stereo Encoder and is extremely easy to manage via the signature DEVA WEB Interface. IBC visitors were quick to recognize the superior features of this product and heaped lavish praise on its design and technical characteristics. Another stand-out item on our display was the DB6400, which has enjoyed increasing sales ever since its launch due to the sophisticated processing it provides, again coupled with a reliable fallback function.
Customer feedback at a venue like that is an important metric for the success of our products and IBC 2017 has demonstrated that the merchandise supplied by DEVA continues to gather popularity. We are delighted with the useful discussions we had with customers and with the opportunities to meet colleagues, establish business contacts and collect valuable information on market developments.
